Day programs built around treatment time and hydrothermal access
Wellness Wednesday, Nourish Thursdays and Discover Amrit Spa give Amrit Ocean Resort three named entries into its Wellness & Spa program structure. Wellness Wednesday includes access to group fitness classes, the private beach, the Aayush hydrothermal ritual and a beverage voucher for TULA or LALA, so the day can move between class time, water-based recovery and beachfront pause.
Nourish Thursdays begins with a 50-minute or longer massage or facial, then adds a complimentary lunch buffet at the wellness center. The same program includes a yoga class, access to the Aayush hydrothermal experience and the resort’s beaches, placing movement, treatment, food and water practice inside one day rather than leaving them as separate extras.
Discover Amrit Spa includes a 50-minute spa or wellness treatment and unlimited access to the signature hydrothermal experience. The treatment length gives the program its appointment anchor, while the open-ended hydrothermal access gives the rest of the day a slower water-and-heat rhythm.
Hands, needles, oil and sound in the treatment menu
Reiki Healing is delivered by certified practitioners using light touch or near-body placement. Acupuncture Therapy is delivered by licensed practitioners using ultra-fine needles, giving the treatment its stated method and practitioner frame.
Shirodhara, an Ayurvedic therapy, places a stream of warm, herbal-infused oil gently and continuously over the forehead. Sound Healing Private Sound Bath Meditation uses crystal singing bowls, gongs and tuning forks, so the treatment menu includes both touch-based and sound-based sessions.
Vital Force Recovery IV is an IV therapy delivered by trained medical professionals, while vitamin infusions are delivered by a nurse. A 50-minute custom massage, 50-minute facial, 60-minute hyperbaric oxygen therapy session and Aayush Hydrothermal Experience round out the named treatment list with timed bodywork, skin care, chamber-based oxygen therapy and hydrothermal practice.
Practitioners and delivery roles
Kurle Stanislas, lead aesthetician, is the named aesthetic practitioner at Amrit Ocean Resort. Dr. Srini Pillay is identified as a Harvard-trained psychiatrist and brain scientist, and Dr. Uma Naidoo is identified as a nutritional psychiatrist and professional chef.
WTS-certified trichologists, personalized wellness coaches, complimentary medicine practitioners, naturopaths, nutritionists, acupuncturists, osteopaths and a nurse appear in the wider delivery structure. Trained medical professionals are also named in relation to medical oversight and IV therapy, separating clinical-support roles from the resort’s broader spa and wellness practitioner mix.
Food, fitness and the pace between appointments
Cuisine crafted with wellness and nutrition in mind forms the stated food approach at Amrit Ocean Resort. Group fitness classes supply the movement layer, while program inclusions place yoga, lunch, beach time and hydrothermal access around a 50-minute-or-longer massage, facial or wellness treatment.
Arrival and access details
Palm Beach International Airport is the named arrival airport, with a transfer time of approximately 20 minutes. Spa services welcome guests 16 years of age and older with parent or guardian supervision, and the hotel is ADA compliant with elevators.
Riviera Beach setting

The private beachfront sits alongside a four-story, 103,000-square-foot oceanfront spa facility, a 40,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor Aayush hydrothermal experience, a 1,200-square-foot Hammam, a 17,000-square-foot Aayush hydrothermal circuit, 22 treatment rooms and a 24-Hour Fitness Center.
