Sleep, adventure and wellness routes
Sleep Well Programme starts before arrival with a chat with a BodyHoliday specialist in the Webroom, then uses noise-cancellation walls and air-control systems as part of the room environment. A complimentary Pillow Menu gives the sleep route six different kinds of pillows, so the program’s first layer is the bed, the room and a pre-arrival conversation rather than a treatment-room sequence.
Adventure Programme uses Webroom, the digital pre-arrival concierge and personalization tool, to schedule excursions during the stay. Land Adventures form the named daily structure, and guides are furnished with the appropriate gear required for the adventure.
Wellness Programme gathers exercise, diet, restorative beauty and relaxation under one program name. The program language is broad, but those four named inclusions show the resort placing movement, food, skin-focused care and rest into the same stay architecture.
Included care, acupuncture and Ayurveda
Therapeutic Care sits within the Saint Lucia wellness holiday as a range of complimentary 50-minute treatments. The duration gives the included bodywork a clear appointment length, separate from the paid and specialist menu.
Acupuncture is listed as a holistic therapy, with a 60-Minute Acupuncture Session named as the appointment format.
Holistic & Specialised Paid Treatments are identified as paid treatments, while Restorative Beauty is linked with the skin clinic. Thalassotherapy adds a water-based recovery element, and the wider facilities include a PADI-accredited dive centre, ASA accreditation, the Wellness Clinic and Pavitra.
Named delivery and clinic contact
Julian Felix is named as a Gym Instructor / Personal Trainer. His stated role places personal training and gym instruction under a named practitioner rather than an unnamed fitness team.
Meals, movement and sleep support
International cuisine is served through à la carte and buffet experiences. Vegetarian guests and those with special dietary needs are catered for, so food planning sits inside the resort’s dining structure rather than a single prescribed menu.
Meditation, Tai Chi and a full Yoga programme are included in the rate. The movement layer gives the day quieter practices alongside the Adventure Programme’s land excursions and the Wellness Programme’s exercise component.
Pillow Menu is the named sleep support, matching the Sleep Well Programme’s pillow choice and room-environment details. Sleep, movement and meals therefore sit in separate but connected parts of the stay: the room, the class schedule and the dining venues.
