Overnight and multi-day program routes
Summer Serenity is the overnight stay route at Grantley Hall, with pricing framed per room. The program sits inside the hotel’s award-winning spa facilities, so the stay is anchored by access to the Three Graces Spa environment rather than by a single standalone treatment.
THREE-DAY ELITE REALIGN & REVITALISE extends the structure into a three-day format. TWO-DAY ELITE REALIGN & REVITALISE gives the same named route a shorter two-day frame, creating two clear durations for the Elite Realign & Revitalise stay.
Cold air, hydro massage and thermal recovery
Whole Body Cryotherapy is a three-minute cold air session. The short duration and stated technique make the treatment precise: cold air is the method, and the appointment is measured in minutes rather than folded into a general spa ritual.
Medi-Stream Hydro Massage brings water-based bodywork into the treatment list, while EMS Body Conditioning is a 20-minute session. The Hydrotherapy Pool adds a separate water-recovery setting alongside the named hydro massage treatment.
The Nordic Spa Garden, Bespoke Snow Room, Hot Tub, Indoor Sauna, Steam Room and 18-metre indoor swimming pool give the spa its thermal and water circuit. Heat, cold, steam and pool length shape the body’s pace between scheduled treatments.
Therapist and training roles
A Head Therapist and Senior Therapist are the practitioner roles named for spa delivery at Grantley Hall. The role language places manual and specialist spa treatments within a therapist-led structure rather than attaching them to an unnamed clinical team.
Personal trainers are also named within the delivery mix. Their presence sits naturally beside EMS Body Conditioning and the gym-related side of the Three Graces Spa, separating movement support from the therapist roles used for spa treatments.
