Named programs and first consultation
Detox Classic, Detox Intensive and Physio Fit give Park Igls Medical Spa Resort three named routes into its Modern Mayr Medicine structure.
The arrival sequence begins with a detailed consultation with one of the doctors to discuss individual goals and how to approach them. A 10–14 day minimum stay gives that first consultation room to become a program rhythm, with the doctor-led opening sitting before the nutrition, exercise, diagnostic and therapy elements are arranged.
Massage, heat and Kneipp recovery
Daily Kneipp treatments add a water-based recovery practice to the schedule.
The swimming pool, saunas, steam bath and infrared cabin give the resort its thermal and water setting. A spacious panoramic gym and a chipping and putting green sit beside those facilities, so physical practice can move between supervised exercise, gym work and outdoor skill-based movement.
Medical direction and delivery roles
Dr. med. Peter R. Gartner, Medical Director and general practitioner, leads the medical oversight at Park Igls Medical Spa Resort. His stated areas include holistic medicine, nutritional medicine, acupuncture and hypnotherapy, placing the resort’s Mayr structure under a named medical lead.
Dr. med. mag. Phil. Richard Kogelnig, Deputy Head Physician, is linked with neural therapy and manual medicine. MSc MSc BSc Gerald Autengruber, Clinical Psychologist, is linked with psychological counselling, stress management and conflict resolution.
Doctors, psychologists, physiotherapists, sports scientists, therapists and masseurs form the wider delivery team. The role mix supports the resort’s combination of consultation, movement, manual treatment and psychological support without placing every appointment under one practitioner.
