Reset programs and first structure
Pure Body Reset gives The Farm at San Benito its clearest named program structure, with stays offered across 2 NIGHTS, 4 NIGHTS and 6 NIGHTS. Gut Reset Smoothies and Juices sit inside that program, so the opening frame is built around a named food-and-drink inclusion rather than a general retreat label.
Resilience & Recovery Program and The Sanctuary of Self Program sit alongside Pure Body Reset within a wider range of programs and amenities. The named program set gives the resort several routes into a stay, while the stated duration detail belongs specifically to Pure Body Reset.
IV therapy, spa treatments and water spaces
Myers’ Cocktail – IV Therapy and Vital Dome® bring clinical and technology-led names into the treatment list, while Hilot Haplos, Empress/Emperor Facial, Ying Yang Body Polish and Skin Kayud & Barako Body Pack treatment place hands-on and skin-focused work beside them. The mix is broad, so the treatment menu moves between IV therapy, bodywork, facial care and polish or pack treatments rather than one single modality.
Yoga Sessions, Nature Walking and Functional Training carry the active side of the stay. Nature Walking is stated across 4.7KM to 6KM, giving the movement element a measurable outdoor distance.
The Wellness & Integrative Medical Sanctuary, Healing Sanctuary Spa and Aqua Hydrotherapy Sanctuary give treatments their main delivery settings. A gym, yoga center and three swimming pools add separate places for training, guided practice and water-based time between appointments.
Medical oversight and named delivery roles
Marian Alonzo, MD, Medical Chief, anchors the named medical team at The Farm at San Benito. Ron N Bardonado, Resident Doctor, and Dr. Ferdinand, Resident Dr., add further named doctor roles within a model described as involving integrative medical doctors and licensed health professionals.
Jocelyn Franco is named among the practitioners, while Jessie, resident Personal Trainer, and Bee, Instructor, connect the delivery team to movement and instruction. Licensed doctors, nutritionists, therapists, yoga teachers and fitness coaches form the wider practitioner types named for the resort, so care, food guidance, body treatments and movement are distributed across several roles.
Meals and movement inside the day
Vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian dishes shape the food style at The Farm at San Benito. The kitchen language is specific enough for planning the daily table, while the program inclusion of Gut Reset Smoothies and Juices gives Pure Body Reset one named food-and-drink component.
Personalized regimens are created depending on a guest’s wellness status and fitness goals. The gym, yoga center, Yoga Sessions, Nature Walking and Functional Training give those regimens named places and formats, with food and movement sitting beside treatment time rather than outside the program day.
